At Sammy Sitters we provide three types of sitter:

•  Qualified and very experienced working with children in the childcare industry

•  Experienced with children, maybe working towards a qualification or a parent themselves

•  Responsible young adult with some experience with children

The hourly rate will depend on the type of sitter you choose.

Fees

The agency is not an employer we are strictly an introductory service. Our role is to match clients with the most suitable sitter for their individual needs. The fee of £10 is to be paid direct to the agency per sit. It will be invoiced to you and payment is due strictly 14 days from date of invoice. You will then pay the sitter on the night she sits.

Quarterly Option

If you use the agency on a regular basis you can choose our quarterly option which entitles you to use the agency up to 10 times for £60, which is paid up front to the agency.

Payment Structure

Although we try our best to provide a sitter when you require, the agency cannot guarantee that it will always be possible. We recommend you give us as much notice as possible.

Conditions

All sitters registered with The Agency have been personally interviewed and had references checked. Clients can also check references so they are 100% happy with the chosen sitter. Clients must be aware The Agency is not reliable for any loss, damage made to the property whilst in the sitters care.

All bookings must be made direct via the agency it is not permitted that clients contact the sitters direct. (Parents and sitters will be removed from the agency list if bookings are made without the agency.)

Sitter's will be available for either evening or weekend work. Any hours needed Monday- Friday over 5 hours will be classed as a temporary position and a temporary fee will be payable.

Any cancellations should be made within 24 hours. If not the agency fee will still apply.
